Use of Internet and E-mail. The Employee will have access to email and the Internet in the course of their employment. The Employee shall ensure that at all times their use of the email and Internet facilities at work meets the ethical and social standards of the workplace. Whilst a reasonable level of personal use is acceptable to the Employer, this must not interfere with the Employee's employment duties or obligations, and must not be illegal or contrary to the interests of the Employer. The Employee shall also comply with all email and Internet policies issued by the Employer from time to time.

  • Use of websites (a) The Company may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Company and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if:

  • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and BNYM.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • Limited Use of Electronic Mail Electronic mail and Internet and intranet websites may be used only to distribute routine communications, such as financial statements and other information as provided in Section 6.02, and to distribute Loan Documents for execution by the parties thereto, and may not be used for any other purpose.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.   • Internet Distributor shall follow the Company's written -------- instructions with respect to each of the following: (i) use of any information about the Company or the Products available on the Internet; (ii) linking of any site on the Internet to any other site on the Internet established, operated or sponsored by the Company; and (iii) use of any of the Trademarks or Promotional Materials on any site on the Internet. Distributor acknowledges that it shall cease the activities described in (i), (ii) and/or (iii) above, if so instructed by the Company. In no event shall Distributor establish, operate, sponsor or contribute content to any site on the Internet which incorporates the word "verichip" as its URL address or any part of such address.

  • Websites Distributor shall utilize the Company's proprietary Internet site, and may link to "TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX" as a source for new customers and related matters.

  • Use of Voice, Image and Likeness I give the Company permission to use my voice, image or likeness, with or without using my name, for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Company, or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.

  • Electronic Mail Electronic mail may be used to distribute routine communications, such as financial statements and other information, and documents to be signed by the parties hereto; provided, however, that no Notice of Borrowing, signature, or other notice or document intended to be legally binding shall be effective if sent by electronic mail.

  • USE OF FUND'S NAME Neither the Distributor nor any of its affiliates shall use the name of the Fund or material relating to the Fund on any forms (including any checks, bank drafts or bank statements) for other than internal use in a manner not approved prior thereto by the Fund; provided, however, that the Fund shall approve all uses of its name that merely refer in accurate terms to the appointment of the Distributor hereunder or that are required by the SEC or any state securities commission; and further provided, that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
