Change of Office If an Agent changes the address of its specified office in a city it shall give the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent at least 60 days’ notice of the change, giving the new address and the date on which the change is to take effect.
Duties of Officers Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, each Officer shall have a fiduciary duty of loyalty and care similar to that of officers of business corporations organized under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.

Terms of Office Each Director shall serve at the pleasure of the governing body of the Party that the Director represents, and may be removed as Director by such governing body at any time. Location of Meetings All meetings of the Operating Committee shall be held in Sydney, New South Wales, or elsewhere as may be decided unanimously by the Operating Committee.
SENIORITY OF OFFICERS A. Notwithstanding their position on the seniority list, the President, Vice President, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Stewards of the Local Union shall, in the event of a layoff only, be continued at work at all times provided they can perform the work available.
