Use of other facilities in the Centre
Use of other facilities. This Agreement does not entitle Renter to use of the remainder of the common area Facilities during the Event. Use of the remaining common area Facilities shall be dictated by the specific rules and regulations applicable to such Facility. Renter acknowledges that the Facilities will not be supervised by Association personnel. Renter further acknowledges that inherent risks exist in connection with the Facilities and Renter acknowledges that continuous supervision of the guests, including children, by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx’s guests is required and shall be the responsibility of Renter.
Use of other facilities. In addition to the preceding three (3) items, a Customer may use other facilities that the Company has had in place for Customers’ use within the limits necessary for the playing pursuant to a playing agreement. Provided, however, that in cases where the Customer does not conclude a playing agreement or where the playing agreement has terminated, the Customer must cease the use of such facilities immediately.
Use of other facilities. It is understood and agreed that in order optimize your orthodontics practice, you shall agree to perform your practice at such locations as Omega may reasoanbly require. In the event the foregoing results in the utilization of another Doctor's facilities, an appropriate, mutually acceptable arrangement shall be concluded with the goal of fairly allocating both cost and income.

SASCC may reserve and use other City owned facilities subject to the approval of the City and other organization(s) that may be leasing facilities from the City on the same terms as other non-profits except that no advance deposit, processing fee, or use fees will be charged to SASCC.

THIS GRANT IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: CLUBHOUSE (MAIN ROOM, KITCHEN) AND BATHROOMS. THE INTERIOR COURTYARD (BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND POOL GATES) IS NOT AVAILABLE TO RENTER DURING THE POOL SEASON. SWIMMING POOL USE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL EVENT ARRANGEMENTS. Renter acknowledges that Renter has advised the Association at the time of execution of this agreement of the nature of the Event, the anticipated number of attendees, the foods, drinks and entertainment to be used and other information relevant to the Event. Renter further acknowledges that the Association is relying on such information and representations by Renter. The Association shall approve or disapprove of all such arrangements prior to execution of this Agreement. Usage of additional lights and sound equipment MUST be declared and approved before the Event. Live Bands or amplifiers are not allowed without specific permission of the Association.
