USE OF OTHER LEAVE FOR SICK LEAVE PURPOSES. The Employer may allow an employee to use other types of leave in lieu of sick leave. The Employer may deny an employee’s use of other leaves in lieu of sick leave if the employee has received written notice or disciplinary action for attendance problems within the last two (2) years.
