Vacation Upon Termination. Regular employees may accrue up to a maximum of four hundred (400) hours of vacation. Upon an employee’s retirement or separation from County employment, accrued vacation shall be paid up to a maximum of two hundred eighty (280) hours. If a current regular employee dies, the entire balance of accrued vacation shall be paid to the appropriate beneficiary, but not to exceed four hundred (400) hours.
Vacation Upon Termination. Employees who terminate or who are terminated are granted pay instead of vacation entitlement as follows:
Vacation Upon Termination. Except as provided in Article 10, Section 3, employees who leave the service after the completion of twelve (12) consecutive months of employment shall receive vacation for the calendar year in which termination occurs on the basis of one-twelfth (1/12th) of their vacation entitlement for that year for each month or portion of a month greater than one-half (½) worked to date of termination. Employees leaving employment in less than twelve (12) months from the date of commencing employment shall be granted vacation pay in accordance with the "Employment Standards Act".
Vacation Upon Termination. Upon the termination of his employment, the Executive shall be entitled to accrued vacation pay calculated on a pro rata basis in respect of each completed month of service in the calendar year in which his employment terminates and the appropriate amount shall be paid in cash to the Executive within 60 days of his termination of employment, provided that if the Executive shall have taken more days than his accrued entitlement the Company is hereby authorized to make an appropriate deduction from the Executive’s final salary payment.
Vacation Upon Termination. When a unit member with at least six (6) months of the District service is terminated for any reason, he or she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.

Vacation Upon Termination. Full-time Registered Nurses with more than one (1) full year of continuous service who leave the employ of the Employer and have unused vacation credits, shall receive vacation pay for said credits in accordance with the applicable vacation pay for the year in which the credits were earned.
Vacation Upon Termination. (a) When an employee retires, is removed from the payroll, terminates his employment, or is laid off, the Company will either give the employee his vacation that he would be entitled to take during the year prior to the termination of his employment or, in lieu of vacation, pay the employee, or his beneficiary, as the case may be, as of the date of termination of his employment, the amount of vacation pay that the employee would have received if he had taken his vacation during the period of his employment with the Company.
Vacation Upon Termination. An employee who terminates employment for any 24 reason after more than six (6) months service shall be paid in a lump sum for any unused accrued 25 vacation. An employee’s prior hours of service on Regular Pay Status will be reinstated if the 26 employee returns to work within a two year period if s/he resigned in good standing. Upon the death 27 of an employee in active service, such payment will be made to the estate of the deceased employee.
Vacation Upon Termination. Upon separation from service, unit members shall be entitled to a lump sum compensation for all earned and unused vacation.
