Use of Paid Time. Employee must use all available sick time, and vacation prior to the start of the leave of absence.

Use of Paid Time. Employee must use all available sick time, time and vacation prior to the start of the leave of absence. However, an employee covered by Workers’ Compensation may, but is not required to, use all available vacation prior to the start of the leave of absence.
