Use of Personal Identification. Number (PIN) with ATM/VISA Check Card: I/We understand that a STAR or Cirrus ATM is an automated teller. It can and will perform many of the same tasks as a human teller. I/We acknowledge/understand that: a. The Personal Identification Number or PIN which I/we use with the ATM/VISA Check Card is my/our signature(s), identifies the bearer of the Card to the Cirrus ATM, or other network ATM and authenticates and validates the directions given just as my/our actual signature(s) and other proof identify me/us and authenticates and validates my/our directions to a human teller; b. A Merchant which accepts the ATM/VISA Check Card for a Purchase transaction may have an electronic terminal (Merchant operated or self service) which requires the use of my/our PIN and when my/our PIN is used at a Merchant’s terminal, it will authenticate and validate the directions given just as my/our actual signature will authenticate and validate my/our directions given to the Credit Union; and c. My/Our PIN is an identification code that is personal and confidential and that the use of the PIN with the ATM/VISA Check Card is a security method by which the Credit Union is helping me/us to maintain the security of my/our account(s). Therefore, I/we agree to take all reasonable precautions that no one else learns my/our PIN.

Use of Personal Identification. Number (PIN) and Lost Sim cards 17.1 Finnlemm Mobile Banking subscribers shall receive an SMS informing them of their registration and PIN; 17.2 The subscriber shall be required to change the PIN before using the Finnlemm Mobile banking Services; 17.3 The subscriber shall exercise due care to ensure the secrecy of the PIN at all times and prevent use of PIN by any third party; 17.4 If a PIN is forgotten, the subscriber is required to contact the Xxxxx to request for a new PIN; 17.5 If the subscriber loses his/her sim card line registered with Finnlemm Mobile Banking services, the subscriber must notify the Xxxxx immediately to block the Xxxx-Xxxx Service 17.6 The subscriber shall be liable in respect of any transactions or instructions affecting his/her Xxxxx account that is given with a valid PIN. 17.7 If report of loss or theft of sim card registered for Xxxx-Xxxx service is communicated by someone other than the subscriber, the Xxxxx shall not be held liable of any damage thereto.

  • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan.   • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Issuer is collecting the Subscriber’s personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and completing the Offering. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing the Note as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the nature and identity of such undisclosed principal, and any interest that such undisclosed principal has in the Issuer, all as may be required by the Issuer in order to comply with the foregoing. 10.2 Furthermore, the Subscriber is hereby notified that the Issuer may deliver to any government authority having jurisdiction over the Issuer, the Subscriber or this Subscription, including the SEC and/or any state securities commissions, certain personal information pertaining to the Subscriber, including the Subscriber’s full name, residential address and telephone number, the number of Shares or other securities of the Issuer owned by the Subscriber, the principal amount of Note purchased by the Subscriber, the total Subscription Amount paid for the Note and the date of distribution of the Note.
