Use of PTO A nurse will be required to take his or her accrued PTO during the leave, except where required by law.
a. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for absences greater than thirty (30) days, a nurse will be allowed to leave up to eighty (80) accrued hours remaining in his/her PTO bank. Such a nurse shall designate to the Medical Center, prior to the announcement of such absence, the date by which compensation for PTO is to be discontinued.
b. The number of hours of PTO used per week during the leave may not be less than the number of hours that the nurse was regularly scheduled to work.
Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan. The Company, or its Subsidiaries, may transfer Data among themselves or to third parties as necessary for the purpose of implementation, administration and management of the Plan. These various recipients of Data may be located elsewhere throughout the world. The Participant authorizes these various recipients of Data to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Participant may, at any time, review Data with respect to the Participant and require any necessary amendments to such Data. The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.
Use of Personal Vehicles When employees are authorized to use their personal vehicles to transport clients or residents in the care of the State, the State agrees to provide, subject to the rules and regulations of the Comptroller, a supplemental mileage allowance rate of seven cents ($.07) per mile for the use of such personal vehicle.
Use of Personal Vehicle Employees will not be required to use their personal vehicle for Company business.
Use of Personal Information 1. Personal Information (Personal Information and Personal Information collating with other information) obtained by DBS by providing the service shall be subject for the privacy policy protecting Member’s Personal Information which will be established separately (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) and this “Membership Agreement”.
2. DBS may disclose the Personal Information of the Members to the following third parties. Use of Logos The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this Agreement, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.

Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.
