Data Security Plan definition

Data Security Plan is a component of this Agreement, found as Attachment A, which specifies permissible computer configurations for use of Confidential Data through Investigator responses to a series of questions, and records what the Investigator commits to do in order to keep Confidential Data secure.
Data Security Plan means the permissible computer configurations for use of Restricted Data and the procedures and protocols Investigator and Research Staff commit to use in order to keep Restricted Data secure as set forth in Attachment A.
Data Security Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(h) (ManagementCo Responsibilities – Physical Security Plan, Data Security Plan and Vegetation Management Plan).

More Definitions of Data Security Plan

Data Security Plan means the security measures that a Contractor must implement to ensure that DCC Data obtains adequate protection throughout its lifecycle i.e. creation, storage, use, sharing, archival and destruction. The plan must identify the actors allowed to access data by type; the functions they can perform on the data e.g. access, process and store and the locations from which a defined type of access is permitted. Drawing on the “Data Protection Impact Assessment”, the Plan shall enhance compliance with Regulation related to Personal Data; "Data Subject Access Request" a request made by a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to Data Protection Laws to access his or her Personal Data;
Data Security Plan means the plan for protecting the security of the Data provided under this Agreement, as detailed in Exhibit C.

Related to Data Security Plan

  • Security Plan means the Contractor’s security plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule (Security Requirements & Plan)

  • Privacy/Data Security Laws means all laws governing the receipt, collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, security, disclosure, or transfer of Personal Information or the security of Company’s Business Systems or Business Data.

  • Data Security Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

  • Data Set means specific CancerMPact or Epi Database data provided by Oracle to Client pursuant to the Agreement and Order. This includes the data, analysis, models and any other information contained in the database or report to be accessed by multiple subscribers, and any other non-custom engagement performed by Oracle.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Data Treatment, to any privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements applicable to the Company or any Retained Subsidiary, to the conduct of the Management and Franchise Business, or to any System: (i) PCI-DSS, (ii) the Company’s and the Retained Subsidiaries’ own rules and policies and (iii) applicable Law.

  • Data Security Incident means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Agreement Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed;
