Use of points. Consumers may enjoy discounts in the Merchant’s store with all types of points obtained by them. The Merchant may not refuse to allow consumers to enjoy prescribed discounts with points of corresponding types, and consumers may make payments for orders according to the discounted price. Given that the Merchant accepts Tmall points, and provides brand and points software promotion services for Tmall, Tmall will pay relevant promotional activity service fees to the Merchant according to the number of points used by consumers in transactions conducted in the Merchant’s store (the ratio of points to activity fees is determined by Tmall).

Use of points. Nominations to and from pooling and storage points will be subject to the same nomination and confirmation procedures as all other receipts and deliveries. All volumes nominated for transportation to a pooling point on any day must be matched with nominations of those volumes for transportation from the pooling point on the same day. All volumes nominated for transportation to or from a storage point must be matched with volumes nominated for injection or withdrawal under a DSS, FRSS or storage Agreement the same day. No imbalances will be permitted at the pooling or storage point. Section 5 of these General Terms and Conditions sets out the order of priority for scheduling nominations to and from pooling and storage points.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant’s express or implied permission to abide by Landlord’s rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord’s judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of Facilities 35.1. In situations where a competitive LEC has the use of the facilities (i.e., Local Loop) to a specific customer premise, either through resale of local service or the lease of the Local Loop as an Unbundled Network Element, and Embarq receives a good faith request for service from a customer at the same premise or from another carrier with the appropriate customer authorization, the procedures below will apply.

  • Use of Funds Grantee shall expend funds under this Contract only for approved services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to those services.
