Points System. During the operation of the Tmall platform, the Merchant agrees to use the points system software provided by Tmall (the collective name for marketing software provided by Tmall; the points include but are not limited to Tmall points, coupons, red envelope coupons, Tmall currency, and other types of points provided subsequently by Tmall), and pay software service fee in relation to the points system to Tmall in accordance with the provisions of Article V hereof.

Points System. Points cannot be used for rentals at Hertz franchise locations. Both South Africa and Namibia are Hertz franchisees and neither is a points-issuing nor a points-redeeming country.
Points System. 1.1 The Club has prepared a membership point schedule which lists the weeks of each year and the accommodation units available for occupation by members. Each time module in holiday property is allocated a specific number of points. 1.2 From time to time the Club shall update the chart and the number of points allocated to the various time modules may be varied. However, the total number of points allocated to all-time modules may not be varied. 1.3 The stock of time-sharing held by the club will be sufficient to satisfy the number of points held by club members. 1.4 Time modules shall be allocated to members on a first- come-first-served basis. Once a member has had the use of a time module, his points account shall be debited with the number of points pertaining to such time module. 1.5 If a member does not utilise all the points allocated to him or her within that calendar year, irrespective of when such points were allocated, the unused points may be accumulated and utilised by the member within a further 2 (two) year period failing which the relevant points allocation will be forfeited on 31 December of the further 2 (two) year period. In this regard, points will be considered utilised only once a member has made a booking and checked into a resort. Merely making a booking within the period allowed above will not constitute the utilisation of points. 1.6 With the consent of the Club, the member shall be entitled to use in advance up to 100% (one hundred percent) of the points allocated to the member in the following year. Should a member wish to purchase top- up points the trustees will allow the member, once annually, to acquire up to 1500 points at a rate to be determined by the trustees. Proof of full payment will be required before a booking using the top-up points will be confirmed. 1.7 Upon allocation by the Club of a time module, a member shall be entitled to the exclusive use, occupation, and enjoyment of the specific accommodation unit for the specific unit of time relating to that module. The member shall also be entitled to all ancillary rights of use and enjoyment attached to the accommodation unit such as the use of the common property in respect of the accommodation. 1.8 The decision of the Club in determining the allocation of time modules to members shall be final and binding upon the members. 1.9 A member may purchase additional points at any time upon such terms and conditions as provided for in the Club Constitution and Scheme Rules...
Points System. On or before February 1 of each year, all current employees will be provided with a “Uniform Request Form/Points Allotment” form. Employees will be required to return the request form to their Deputy Chief within two (2) weeks of the date of issue. Management will offer all employees to place their uniform yearly request as follows: Option 1: Full assigned value of points to be used at once at point of initial yearly issue in February. OR Half points to be used in February and half points to be used in June of each year. OR No points to be used in February and all of points to be used in June of each year. There will only be one (1) uniform request/issue process per year and the deadline for such will be associated with the two (2) week period as above. The only exception to this deadline will be for damaged clothing as outlined in subsection 19.02 a). Every attempt will be made to supply the uniforms to the employees as per their submitted Uniform Request Form on or before April 16th of each year. Should the Employer encounter circumstances beyond its control with the current uniform manufacturer/supplier, such will be expressed to the Union in writing on or before April 15th of each year and the Union will work with the Employer to mutually agree to a date extension of the uniform supply.
Points System a) After initial uniform issue all employees will receive points for the replacement of on duty uniforms, duty linens and pre-approved firefighting accessories. Uniform items or accessories may be purchased at a ratio of 2.5 points per dollar of cost. Casual employees will accrue one point for each straight time hour worked. Full time employees will receive 91.25 points per pay period upon successful completion of the probationary period. b) Points may accumulate to a maximum of 4,380 banked at any time. c) Additional on duty uniform items may be purchased at cost. d) Each employee may utilize their points for dry cleaning and tailoring of uniforms at the rate of 2.5 points per dollar.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier, Onvoy, at Xxxxx’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA (a) from a third party, or, (b) if Frontier offers such transport pursuant to a Frontier access Tariff, from Frontier. 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk group for delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, Onvoy will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%) for all final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. In the event Onvoy fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Frontier may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and Onvoy shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.3 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Frontier to Onvoy, Frontier, at Frontier’s own expense, shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA.
