USE OF SCHOOL OFFICE EQUIPMENT. The Association building representative will have permission to use school office equipment, including typewriters, copy machines, duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio visual equipment, when such equipment is not being used or reasonably anticipated for use in classroom instruction or office work. Teachers using such equipment must be competent in the operation of said equipment. No equipment shall be removed from the building in which it is located without the permission of the principal.

USE OF SCHOOL OFFICE EQUIPMENT. The SPFPA may, with the permission of the respective building principals, use the school office equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The SPFPA shall compensate the District for all materials and supplies incidental to such use at a cost per copy established by the District’s Business Office and applied to the general public.
