USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY AND FACILITIES. A.16.1 Facilities & Equipment Representatives of the Local, and/or members of the B.C. Teachers' Federation as authorized by the Local, shall have the right to transact Local business on school property outside instructional hours, and to use District facilities and equipment. It is agreed that such use is subject to confirmation of the District or school official responsible for such bookings. Such meetings shall not interfere with normal staff responsibilities.

USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY AND FACILITIES. I have read the terms and conditions set forth in the School Board policy on Use of School District Facilities, and I understand that these terms are a condition of the lease; and be it understood that when the application is properly approved, it is a lease, In fact. I understand that failure to abide by the terms and conditions set forth In the School Board policy on Use of School District Facilities will result in the immediate discontinuance of use privileges. In addition, our organization agrees to pay the full cost of any damage caused by our group to any of the district's facilities as well as any cost incurred by the district to bring any facility back to the condition in which it was found. Furthermore, my organization forever releases the Westlake City School District, their Directors, agents, employees and servants from all claims, actions and charges whatsoever arising out of the event(s) conducted on the above mentioned day(s) for which this application is being submitted. My organization will defend all actions, suits, complaints or legal proceedings of any kind brought against the Board of Education and any of Its agents, servants, or employees and further will hold harmless and indemnify the said School Directors and School District from any expense and judgments or decrees recovered against them as a result of said use of these facilities.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • PROPERTY AND RISK 7.1 Risk in each Element of the Contracted Services shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Site.

  • Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material.   • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. The PDF file may be searched to obtain the Prevailing Wage Rate for a specific occupation. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.
