Use of Service Dollars. The sub-recipient is expected to spend all federal, state and other funds provided by the AAAPP for the purpose specified in the contract. The sub-recipient must manage the service dollars in such a manner so as to avoid having a wait list and a surplus of funds at the end of the contract period, for each program managed by the sub-recipient. If the AAAPP determines that the sub-recipient is not spending service funds accordingly, the AAAPP may transfer funds to other sub-recipient during the contract period and/or adjust subsequent funding allocations accordingly, as allowable under state and federal law.
Use of Service Dollars. Wait List Management: The Provider will spend all federal, state, and other funds provided by ElderSource, for the purpose specified in each contract or agreement incorporating this Master Contract by reference . The Provider must manage the service dollars to ensure that the Assessed Prioritized Consumer List (APCL) contains no individuals who have been assigned a ranking of four (4) or five (5) when service dollars are available. If ElderSource determines that the Provider is not spending funds accordingly, ElderSource may transfer funds to other provider agencies during the contract period and/or adjust subsequent funding allocations accordingly, as allowable under state and federal law.

If the agency determines the subrecipient is not spending service funds accordingly, the agency may transfer funds to another service provider during the contract period and/or adjust subsequent funding allocations, as allowable under state and federal law.

The Sub-recipient agrees to distribute funds as detailed in the Sub-recipient application update. Any changes in the amounts of federal or general revenue funds require a contract amendment.

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.

  • Use of Sick Leave Sick leave is available the first day of the pay period following the pay period in which it was earned, and is taken in units of one-tenth (1/10) of one hour. Use of sick leave is subject to the approval of the appointing authority. Upon request of an employee, the appointing authority may allow the substitution of three (3) or more days of sick leave for paid vacation, provided the employee furnishes a doctor's statement or other satisfactory evidence that the employee was ill or injured for three (3) or more consecutive days.

  • Time of Service Customer must make an appointment with Exasol to schedule Consulting Services. The appointment must be made at least four weeks before the planned service actions. Any changes to the appointment must also be communicated before the previously agreed-upon appointment. If no appointment has been agreed upon, Customer has no claim for the provision of the services. If Customer does not claim the services at the agreed-upon appointment, the claim to the agreed consulting services is forfeited. In this case, 80% of the agreed-upon Fee will be charged.

  • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 27.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards including electronic bulletin boards where available, in convenient locations will be made available to the Institute for the posting of official Institute notices. The Institute shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices that the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices of meetings of their members and elections, the names of Institute representatives, and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. 27.02 The Employer will also continue its present practice of making available to the Institute specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Institute. 27.03 A duly accredited representative of the Institute may be permitted access to the Employer’s premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by management. Permission to enter the premises shall, in each case, be obtained from the Employer. 27.04 The Institute shall provide the Employer, a list of such Institute representatives and shall advise promptly of any change made to the list.
