Common use of Use of Sick Leave Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Use of Sick Leave Entitlements. i) An employee who is absent due to medical reasons related to pregnancy shall be entitled to utilize, before and/or after the pregnancy leave period referred to in Clause 24.01(a) above, any unused sick leave credits referred to in this Agreement, provided such absence is supported by a medical certificate or report from a qualified medical practitioner of the employee’s choice.

Use of Sick Leave Entitlements. (i) An employee Employee who is absent due to medical reasons related to pregnancy shall be entitled to utilize, before and/or after the pregnancy leave thirty (30) week maternity period referred to in Clause 24.01(a) above, any unused sick leave credits referred to in this Agreement, provided such absence is supported by a medical certificate or report from a qualified medical practitioner of the employee’s Employee's choice.
