Use of Sick Leave for Personal Necessity. 8.5.1 All 8.3.1 A unit members member may use up to 10 be granted a maximum of six (6) days leave of accumulated sick leave absence in any school year without loss of pay in cases of personal necessity, upon approval of the appropriate Educational Administrator for their area or designee. One (1) day shall be granted by the District. Any of the additional five (5) days shall be deducted from the member’s accumulated sick leave.
