Use of Social Security Number. The Borrower understands and agrees that the Borrower is providing his or her Social Security Number to the Authority voluntarily and hereby consents to the Authority’s use of that number to administer Loans under the Program.
Use of Social Security Number. The authority for requesting and using your social security number is found in 20 U.S.C. section 1232g. Disclosure of the social security number is voluntary; however, failure to provide the number may result in denial of the application or service sought.
