Common use of Use of State Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of State Facilities. The State will permit use of certain State facilities for CCPOA meetings, subject to the operating needs of the State and the availability of appropriate space. Requests for use of such State facilities shall be made in advance to the Warden/Superintendent/Regional Administrator/Executive Director or designee. When required in advance, CCPOA shall reimburse the State for additional expenses such as security, maintenance and facility management costs, or utilities, incurred as a result of CCPOA’s use of such State facilities. Such costs shall not exceed those uniformly applied to other users.
