Supplies & Equipment. 25.7.2.1 The Union and employees covered by this Agreement will not use State-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct Union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone or similar devices that may be used for persons with disabilities for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration, and it does not disrupt or distract from Department/Division business.
Supplies & EquipmentAnimal Feed, Bedding, and Cage Supplies: Animal food, specialized diets and bedding used in the maintenance of research animals. Includes plastic cages and all accessories for animal housing, such as sipper tubes and card holders.
Supplies & EquipmentThe board recognizes that appropriate texts, library references, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, standard texts and similar materials are tools of the teaching profession. 14-1 Teachers’ recommendations on quality and durability of supplies and equipment shall be considered when re-ordering. 14-2 Teachers shall retain a copy of the requisition form whereupon they have requested supplies and equipment and shall be informed of the disposition of their request by the principal.
Supplies & EquipmentThe Association shall have the right to use College-owned equipment, including but not limited to typewriters, copiers, telephones, calculators, facsimile machines, computers, word processors and all types of audio-visual equipment, at reasonable times subject to standard fees and conditions of the College, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Supplies and use of duplicating, collating, and other office machinery (e.g., photocopier, computer, etc.) shall be made available without charge to an Employee to the extent required by his/her employment obligations. County shall maintain an additional stock in a custodial closet for emergency purposes. County shall furnish equipment and tools to perform this work. Supplies & Equipment. SUPERINTENDENT shall furnish supplies necessary and incidental to the conducting of the program, it being understood that AFFILIATE shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to such supplies.
