Supplies & Equipment. 25.7.2.1 The Union and employees covered by this Agreement will not use State-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct Union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone or similar devices that may be used for persons with disabilities for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration, and it does not disrupt or distract from Department/Division business.
Supplies & Equipment. Animal Feed, Bedding, and Cage Supplies: Animal food, specialized diets and bedding used in the maintenance of research animals. Includes plastic cages and all accessories for animal housing, such as sipper tubes and card holders.

14-1 Teachers’ recommendations on quality and durability of supplies and equipment shall be considered when re-ordering.
14-2 Teachers shall retain a copy of the requisition form whereupon they have requested supplies and equipment and shall be informed of the disposition of their request by the principal.
Supplies & Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use College-owned equipment, including but not limited to typewriters, copiers, telephones, calculators, facsimile machines, computers, word processors and all types of audio-visual equipment, at reasonable times subject to standard fees and conditions of the College, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the actual cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use or shall furnish its own materials and supplies.

Subject to departmental resources, adequate supplies, duplicating, collating, and other office machinery (e.g., photocopier, computers, printers, etc.) shall be made available by the employing department or unit without charge to a Graduate Assistant to the extent required by her or his employment obligations. Supplies & Equipment. 2.1 County will supply products necessary to perform janitorial duties as identified in this exhibit. Contractor may only use supplies provided by County. If Contractor wishes to use person supplies and equipment, Contractor must submit a list for prior approval from County.
