Supplies & Equipment. 25.7.2.1 The Union and employees covered by this Agreement will not use State-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct Union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone or similar devices that may be used for persons with disabilities for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration, and it does not disrupt or distract from Department/Division business.

Supplies & Equipment. All supplies for the program selected will be provided by the academy at the stated charge. Lost, mutilated, or stolen items will be replaced at the expense of the student. If lost or stolen, students may purchase a new ID badge for $5.
Supplies & Equipment. Each vendor will supply its own food and service supplies (plates, utensils, etc.) as well as electrical hook-up (generator, etc.). Each vendor must provide adequate staff in addition to any equipment necessary to operate its space including tents, tables, and staff seating. Vendors are responsible for their own property; the Oktoberfest Findlay! Committee and the Xxxxxxx Historical Museum will not be held responsible. A Class K fire extinguisher is required.
