USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION Sample Clauses

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 4.2.5.1 Subject to AT&T-21STATE’s practices, as well as the rules and regulations applicable to the provision of white page directories, AT&T-21STATE agrees to serve as the single point of contact for all independent and Third Party directory publishers who seek to include CLEC’s subscriber (i.e., End User) listing information in an area directory, and to handle the CLEC’s subscriber listing information in the same manner as AT&T-21STATE’s subscriber listing information. In exchange for AT&T-21STATE serving as the single point of contact and handling all subscriber listing information equally, CLEC authorizes AT&T-21STATE to include and use the CLEC subscriber listing information provided to AT&T-21STATE DA databases, and to provide CLEC subscriber listing information to directory publishers. Included in this authorization is release of CLEC listings to requesting competing carriers as required by Section 271(c)(2)(B)(vii)(II) and Section 251(b)(3) and any applicable state regulations and orders. Also included in this authorization is AT&T- 21STATE’s use of CLEC’s subscriber listing information in AT&T-21STATE’s DA, DA related products and services, and directory publishing products and services. 4.2.5.2 AT&T-21STATE further agrees not to charge CLEC for serving as the single point of contact with independent and Third Party directory publishers, no matter what number or type of requests are fielded. In exchange for the handling of CLEC’s subscriber list information to directory publishers, CLEC agrees that it will receive no compensation for AT&T-21STATE’s receipt of the subscriber list information or for the subsequent release of this information to directory publishers. Such CLEC subscriber list information shall be interfiled (interspersed) with AT&T-21STATE’s subscriber list information and the subscriber list information of other companies that have authorized a similar release of their subscriber list information by AT&T-21STATE.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 9.1 CLEC is authorized to use the subscriber listing information accessed and provided pursuant to this Appendix for the sole purpose of providing local DA for its own End User customers.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 3.1 CLEC authorizes TDS TELECOM to include and use the subscriber listing information provided to TDS TELECOM pursuant to this Appendix in TDS TELECOM's appropriate printed and online WP directories and Directory Assistance database(s). Included in this authorization is the exchange of extended area service listings TDS TELECOM provides for Independent Company directory publications and release of CLEC listings to requesting competing carriers as required by Section 251(b)(3) and any applicable state regulations and orders. Also included in this authorization is TDS TELECOM's use of CLEC's subscriber listing information in TDS TELECOM's current and future directory. TDS TELECOM will afford CLEC’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that TDS TELECOM affords its own directory listing information.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 3.1 If provided to TDS TELECOM, LEVEL 3 authorizes TDS TELECOM to include and use the subscriber listing information provided to TDS TELECOM pursuant to this Appendix in TDS TELECOM's appropriate printed and online WP directories and Directory Assistance database(s). Included in this authorization is the exchange of extended area service listings TDS TELECOM provides for Independent Company directory publications and release of LEVEL 3 listings to requesting competing carriers as required by Section 251(b)(3) and any applicable state regulations and orders. Also included in this authorization is TDS TELECOM's use of LEVEL 3's subscriber listing information in TDS TELECOM's current and future directory. TDS TELECOM will afford LEVEL 3’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that TDS TELECOM affords its own directory listing information.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 3.1 Subscriber listing information for Resale services, maintained in SBC TEXAS White Page database including listings of CLEC End Users, is and will remain the property of SBC TEXAS. SBC TEXAS may provide to third parties such subscriber listing information that includes CLEC End Users. Nothing in this Section is intended to preclude CLEC’s independent development of subscriber listing information and provision of the same to Third Parties.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 6.2.6.1 AT&T-9STATE agrees to serve as the single point of contact for all independent and Third Party directory publishers who seek to include CLEC’s subscriber (i.e., End User) listing information in an area directory, and to handle the CLEC’s subscriber listing information in the same manner as AT&T-9STATE’s subscriber listing information. In exchange for AT&T-9STATE serving as the single point of contact and handling all subscriber listing information equally, CLEC authorizes AT&T-9STATE to include and use the CLEC subscriber listing information provided to AT&T- 9STATE DA databases, and to provide CLEC subscriber listing information to directory publishers. Included in this authorization is release of CLEC listings to requesting competing carriers as required by Section 271(c)(2)(B)(vii)(II) and Section 251(b)(3) and any applicable state regulations and orders. Also included in this authorization is AT&T-9STATE’s use of CLEC’s subscriber listing information in AT&T-9STATE’s DA, DA related products and services, and directory publishing products and services.

USE OF SUBSCRIBER LISTING INFORMATION. 3.1 Pac-West may use the subscriber listing information licensed and provided pursuant to this Appendix for the sole purpose of providing DA services. 3.2 Upon termination of this Agreement, Pac-West shall cease using, for any purpose whatsoever, the subscriber listing information provided hereunder by PACIFIC, and shall promptly return such subscriber listing information to PACIFIC.

In exchange for SBC MISSOURI serving as the single point of contact and handling all subscriber listing information equally, CLEC authorizes SBC MISSOURI to include and use the CLEC subscriber listing information provided to SBC MISSOURI pursuant to this Attachment in SBC MISSOURI’s White Pages directory, SBC MISSOURI’s Directory Assistance databases, and to provide CLEC subscriber listing information to directory publishers. Included in this authorization is the release of CLEC listings to requesting competing carriers as required by Section 271(c)(2)(B)(vii)(II) and to directory publishers as required in Section 251(b)(3) and any applicable regulations and orders. Also included in this authorization is SBC MISSOURI’s use of CLEC's subscriber listing information in SBC MISSOURI’s directory assistance, directory assistance related products and services, and directory publishing products and services. CLEC's subscriber listing information will remain the property of CLEC, and CLEC will be responsible for the billing and collection of any license fees or compensation for CLEC listings to third party publishers and others receiving listings pursuant to this section. SBC MISSOURI will not bill or collect such license fees on CLEC’s behalf. Except as stated herein, SBC MISSOURI will not sublicense, assign, sell or transfer CLEC's subscriber listing information provided hereunder, nor will SBC MISSOURI authorize any other company or any person to use CLEC's subscriber listing information for any other purpose. SBC MISSOURI will take the same measures to guard against unauthorized use of CLEC's listings as SBC MISSOURI takes to protect its own listings from unauthorized use, whether by SBC MISSOURI, its agents, employees or others. 3.2 SBC MISSOURI further agrees not to charge CLEC for serving as the single point of contact with independent and third party directory publishers, no matter what number or type of requests are fielded. In exchange for the handling of CLEC Name 's subscriber list information to directory publishers, XXXX agrees that it will receive no compensation from SBC MISSOURI for SBC MISSOURI’ receipt of the subscriber list...
