Use of the Company Name. 9.1 Unless otherwise agreed, Citybond shall supply You with all necessary promotional material and related insurance documentation. All insurance-related documents and any electronic method of producing documentation shall be kept secure at all times. If requested, You will promptly return or destroy all unused documents relating to this Agreement and ensure that any electronic production of such documents ceases. Title to all such material will remain vested in Citybond at all times.
Use of the Company Name. (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, the Service Provider shall not use, nor shall it allow its employees or agents to use, the name or logo of the Company, any affiliate of the Company, or any products or services sponsored, managed, advised, administered, or distributed by the Company or any of its affiliates, for advertising, trade, or other commercial or noncommercial purposes without the express prior written consent of an authorized officer of the Company.
Use of the Company Name. The Executive agrees with the Company that at any time after termination (for any cause or by any means) of his employment with the Company, he will not use the name of the Company or any Group Company for any purpose, in connection with his own or any other name, in any way which might suggest his continued association with the Company or any Group Company (other than as a shareholder or director of the Company, if he continues so to be).
Use of the Company Name. Distributor shall not make quotations or write letters in the name of the Company but in every instance shall use its own name.

Use of the Company Name. The use of the name or trademarks of the --------------------------- Company on any written document, stationary, business cards, advertisements, building directory, telephone directory, office door or in any other manner by Consultant shall require prior written consent of the Company. Consultant acknowledges that he has no and shall not acquire any right to any of Company's names, logos and/or trademarks and shall cease to use any use allowed by reason of this Agreement upon termination of this Agreement.
Use of the Company Name. The Sellers each hereby agree that neither it nor any of its Affiliates shall, without the prior written consent of the Buyer, use or exploit the Company name or any “Polo” and “Rxxxx Lxxxxx” brand or derivation thereof or any other intellectual property that is or has been provided or licensed to the Company under the License Agreement (collectively, “Polo IP”); provided, however, that this Section 5.7 shall not apply (x) in the context of a separate commercial relationship between the Buyer and any of the Sellers, such as an advertising relationship and (y) with respect to ValueVision, the use of such intellectual property solely in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, NBC shall promptly and, in any event, within thirty days of the date hereof, change its name to remove the reference to “Lauren” from its name and such new name shall not contain any reference to any Polo IP.
Use of the Company Name. On and after Closing, Sellers shall not, directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, use or make available the use of the names "Sprayroq," "SprayWall," or "SprayShield" as a trademark, service mark, business name or corporate name, or any other use of the names xx xusiness. Use of such names shall solely be an asset of Company.
Use of the Company Name. The Company expressly prohibits any direct or indirect use, reference to, or other employment of its name, trademarks, or trade name, except as specified in this Agreement or as expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
Use of the Company Name. Employees must not use their employment status to obtain personal gain from those doing or seeking to do business with the Company. Employees may not use the Company's name or purchasing power to obtain personal discounts or rebates. In protecting the Company’s resources, the Company will reserve the right to periodically monitor access and contents of the Company’s computer systems and networks. Employees should not assume they have any right to privacy of PCI residing on the Company’s computer resources.
