Use of the Credit Sample Clauses

Use of the Credit. The Credit may be used to finance working capital requirements, Capital Expenditures, non-hostile acquisitions permitted under the terms of this Agreement and the general corporate requirements of the Borrowers and issuance of L/Cs for such purposes, but references in this Section to the use of the Credit shall not in any way modify other provisions of this Agreement.
Use of the CreditThe CLIENT undertakes to use the total amount of the credit received, as stated in the credit application, for exclusively personal use and for strictly legal purposes under strict warning of the sanctions contemplated in articles 139, 148 Bis or 400 Bis of the Federal Criminal Code, relating to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Use of the CreditThe Borrower shall use the Loan proceeds precisely for corporate purposes of a general nature.
Use of the Credit. The Credit may be used to finance the general corporate requirements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including acquisitions permitted under this Agreement and issuance of L/Cs, but references in this Section to the use of the Credit shall not in any way modify other provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, the Credit shall not be used (i) to finance a take-over bid or tender offer for the Equity Interests of a Person unless the board of directors (or persons performing similar functions) of the issuer of those Equity Interests has approved the acquisition (it being understood that the use of the Credit to finance the acquisition of Equity Interests of a Person under circumstances that do not constitute a take-over bid or tender offer is not restricted) or (ii) for the purpose of accumulating cash in deposit or investment accounts outside of the ordinary course of business.
Use of the Credit. The Credit may, subject to Section 8.6(a), be used to finance working capital requirements, Capital Expenditures, non-hostile acquisitions permitted under the terms of this Agreement and the general corporate requirements of the Borrower (including, for certainty, in connection with funds advanced by the Borrower to the Augusta Group to the extent permitted under the terms of this Agreement) and issuance of L/Cs for such purposes, but references in this Section to the use of the Credit shall not in any way modify other provisions of this Agreement.
Use of the Credit. The Credit may, subject to the restrictions set forth in Section Sections 8.6(a), 8.6(h) and Section 8.6(h8.6(r), be used to finance working capital requirements, Capital Expenditures, non-hostile acquisitions permitted under the terms of this Agreement, the repurchase of notes referred to in paragraphs (f) and (g) of the definition of Permitted Debt , the repayment of the CMMC Bonds, Investments in CMMC Holdco, the CMMC Group Members or the CMMC-MMC Joint Venture and the general corporate requirements of the Borrower (including, for certainty, in connection with funds advanced by the Borrower to the Arizona Group) and issuance of L/Cs for such purposes, but references in this Section to the use of the Credit shall not in any way modify other provisions of this Agreement.
Use of the Credit. 2.4.1 The Credit is a continuation of the credit facility designated as the “Credit” under the Existing Credit Agreement. Subject to Section 2.4.2, the Borrowers may only use the Credit (i) for general corporate purposes of the Restricted Parties, including working capital purposes and to finance Capital Expenditures, and (ii) to assist with the financing of Permitted Acquisitions. 2.4.2 Advances under the Credit used to repay Debt advanced by a Non-Obligor to an Obligor shall not exceed $35,000,000 in the aggregate at any time (such amount to be refreshed up to the $35,000,000 maximum upon repayment of Advances under the Credit from time to time).
Use of the CreditThe Credit shall be used for general corporate purposes including to finance, in part, the payment of a dividend to be paid, ultimately, to Waste Management, Inc. under the American Jobs Creation Act.
Use of the Credit. The credit facility shall be available through the Card. The Card shall be issued by MMG on request of the Principal Cardholder. The Card may be used at commercial establishments, sales points and automatic tellers of Affiliates authorized by the MasterCard brand operator to accept payments and/or make withdrawals with the Card and subject to the policies, limits or sales restrictions of the establishment or sales point. When so allowed by the Card operator, Cardholders may use the same to withdraw cash from automatic tellers available for such purposes. MMG is not liable when an Affiliate refuses to accept the Card in its establishment or has established a limit regarding the minimum or maximum amount of the transaction.
