Use of Units and Common Elements. No Co-owner shall use his or her Unit or the Common Elements in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Project or in any manner that will interfere with or impair the rights of any other Co-owner in the use and enjoyment of his or her Unit or the Common Elements. No Limited Common Element, if created, may be modified or its use enlarged or diminished by the Association without the written consent of the Co-owner to whose Unit the same is appurtenant.

Use of Units and Common Elements. No Co-owner shall use his Unit or the Common Elements in any way inconsistent with the purposes of the Project or in any way that will interfere with or impair the rights of any other Co-owner in the use and enjoyment of his Unit or the Common Elements. The General Common Element land area located South of Unit 18 and the General Common Element land area located Northwest of Unit 1 are designated as a filtration areas. No Co-owner or any other person shall use those two filtration areas or allow those two filtration areas to be used for purposes of gaining access to the waters of Pine Lake.
Use of Units and Common Elements. No Co-Owner shall use its Unit or the Common Elements in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Project or in any manner that will interfere with or impair the rights of any other Co-Owner in the use and enjoyment of his Unit, the Common Elements, or Easements. This includes, but is not limited to, all Co-Owners refraining from prohibiting, restricting, limiting, or in any manner interfering with normal ingress and egress and use by any of the other Co- Owners. Normal ingress and egress and use shall include use by family, guests, invitees, venders, tradesmen, delivery persons, and others bound to or returning form any of the properties and having a need to use the roads. In addition, no Co-Owner shall be entitled to construct or install any Appurtenance in or within any General Common Element, the Roadway Easements (see Section 6.2.1), or any other easements established pursuant to the Master Deed without the prior written approval of the Developer before during the Construction and Sales Period or the Association thereafter.
Use of Units and Common Elements. No Co-owner shall use his Unit or the Common Elements in any manner which is inconsistent with the purposes of the Project or in any manner which will interfere with or impair the rights of any other Co-owner in the use and enjoyment of his Unit or the Common Elements. In addition, no Co-owner shall be entitled to alter any General Common Elements or Limited Common Elements, or construct or install any improvements, fixtures or other structures on, in or to any General Common Elements or Limited Common Elements, without the prior written approval of Developer during the Construction and Sales Period and the Association thereafter.
