Common use of Use of Vacation Hours Clause in Contracts

Use of Vacation Hours. Employees who accrue eighty (80) hours or more of vacation time will be permitted to use it in either forty (40) or forty (48) blocks or in increments of eight (8), ten (10) or twelve (12) hours, depending on the employees work hours. Employees will be limited to taking no more than eighty (80) or eighty-four (84) hours in succession, without prior approval from the Sheriff.
