USER DESIGN COMMITTEE. Whenever a new fire station is constructed, there shall be two (2) members of the bargaining unit to serve on a user design committee to work with the Department administration in developing ideas and plans to ensure that fire stations and appointments to fire stations will be more functional and useful to the Firefighters in the future.
