Access to the Portal. 5.1 To access the Portal, EFA will require some personal information, as well as details of your egg producer license and egg farm or your hatcheryperson operations as the case may be, in order to set up a user account and specify your username and password. You are responsible to change your password immediately upon access for the first time.
5.2 You will not, and will not permit, either directly or indirectly, any person or entity, other than yourself or your authorized representative, to access, view or use the Portal or any data or other information placed on the Portal.
5.3 EFA will endeavour to make the Portal available at all times but does not warrant that it will operate continuously or without interruptions or will be error-free. EFA does not accept any liability for its unavailability or for any errors in its operation.
5.4 EFA may at any time, without prior notice, vary or discontinue any feature or service of the Portal, the availability of the Portal and the equipment and software required to access the Portal.
5.5 EFA reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Portal, for example to prevent your access to private or confidential information of other producers and hatcherypersons posted or submitted to or available from the Portal.
5.6 EFA also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Portal if you have not paid any amounts due and owing by you to EFA.
Access to the Portal. The User is authorised to access the Portal, provided that:
(i) the User has submitted the Individual Authorisation Data,
(ii) the Bank's verification of the Individual Authorisation Data demonstrates that access authorisation has been granted to the User, and
(iii) access has not been blocked in accordance with clauses 2.4 or 2.5 below. After access to the Portal has been enabled, the User can retrieve information or place orders (in the latter case through the Possession-Based Authentication Factors mentioned below).
Access to the Portal. 4.1 You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Momentum Energy does not guarantee the accessibility or uninterrupted operation of the Portal.
(b) Momentum Energy will not be liable for any Loss resulting from any interruption or unavailability of the Portal, in whole or part, whether because of the failure of the communication network, ancillary equipment, unavailability of third party Content or any other circumstance beyond Momentum Energy’s reasonable control;
(c) it is your responsibility to use other means of obtaining Content if, for any reason, the Portal is unavailable or interrupted. You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any extension of time for paying your xxxx under your Contract with Momentum Energy if this occurs.
(d) Momentum Energy may make changes to the Portal at any time and these changes may affect your rights or obligations as a user of the Portal. Any changes may be made without notice by publishing variations in the Portal.
Access to the Portal. 4.1 The accessibility and operation of the Portal relies on internet technologies outside of NSW EPA's control. NSW EPA does not guarantee continuous accessibility or uninterrupted operation of the Portal.
4.2 NSW EPA will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense resulting from any delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, internet access difficulties and malfunctions in equipment or software.
Access to the Portal. You may use the materials and the information you access through the Portal only in furtherance of the sale, marketing or support of Products. You may provide such materials or information to current or prospective end-customers only when explicitly permitted on the Portal or with our specific written permission (which may be by email). You may not use any such material or information for any purposes competitive with our business.
Access to the Portal. 8.1 Access to the Portal is permitted on a temporary basis, and BYL reserves the right to withdraw or amend Services including the Portal without notice (see below). From time to time BYL may restrict access to Services, including some parts of or the entire Portal, to Suppliers, Retailers or the public and/or users who have registered with BYL.
8.2 BYL does not guarantee that its Services including the Portal or any content will always be available, or access will not be interrupted from time to time.
8.3 If the Supplier chooses, or the Supplier is provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information which is required pursuant to BYL’s security procedures, the Supplier must treat such information as confidential and the Supplier must not disclose it to any third party. Should the Supplier provide a third party with the Supplier’s user identification code, password or any other piece of information which is required pursuant to BYL’s security procedures, they will be deemed as acting as the Supplier’s agent and the Supplier shall be deemed responsible for their actions in respect of the Portal, and/or any other matter concerning BYL where they have made use of the Supplier’s user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of BYL’s security procedures. BYL has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by the Supplier or allocated to the Supplier by BYL at any time, if in the unfettered opinion of BYL, the Supplier has failed to comply with any of the terms of this agreement.
8.4 The Supplier is responsible for making all arrangements necessary for it to have access to the Portal.
8.5 Notwithstanding any other term in this agreement, the Supplier does not own any part of the Portal other than the Supplier’s Content.
8.6 For the removal of doubt save for the Supplier’s Content the Supplier has no proprietary rights in any part of the Portal, and/or the business of BYL, including its business method or goodwill.
8.7 BYL may at its absolute discretion and without any liability to the Supplier whatsoever howsoever arising, limit or block access to Services including the Portal in respect of the Supplier and third parties including other suppliers, Retailers and customers.
8.8 The Supplier is only permitted to trade with Retailers who are resident for the purposes of VAT in the same territory as the Supplier and to connect to Retailers in other territories is a breac...
Access to the Portal i. Access to the Portal is only authorised for current business mobile customers of Vodafone.
Access to the Portal. 5.1 HESA shall provide access to the Portal via IDS in accordance with the process set out in the HESA Operational Documentation..
Access to the Portal. 3.1 Petronect has provided User with a login name (“Login”) and password (“Password”) to access the Portal and utilize the Portal Services. The Login and Password are hereinafter referred to as the “Access Keys”).
3.2 User shall utilize the Access Keys only for authorized purposes and User shall keep the Access Keys confidential. User is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of User’s Access Keys. User is obligated to promptly notify Petronect of the loss or theft of its Access Keys, as well as any risk of access thereto by an unauthorized third party. In addition to other remedies that may be available to Petronect, Petronect shall have the right to suspend and/or terminate User’s access to the Portal if Petronect determines that Access Keys have been provided to non-authorized third parties for their utilization or upon any other violation by User of this Portal User Agreement. Petronect shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from use of User’s Access Keys by third parties who have obtained such Access Keys by or through User’s failure to maintain the Confidentiality thereof.
Access to the Portal. We will supply you with access to Quantium Portal from the date you activate your account as an Authorised User. Your access to Quantium Portal will continue until you leave the company, or access is terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. Where your Quantium Portal access has been terminated, you will immediately cease to use Quantium Portal.
