UTILITIES SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT. Landlord, during the term of this Lease, shall pay, before delinquency, all charges for water, gas, heat, electricity, power, air conditioning, garbage disposal, trash disposal, janitorial, phone, technology support and all other utilities and services of whatever kind and nature which may be used in or upon the Premises. Air conditioning and heating equipment shall be furnished, maintained and replaced at the expense of Landlord.
UTILITIES SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT. On behalf of Owner, Manager shall enter into or renew Service Contracts to provide the following services to the Property: electricity resale, gas, steam, landscaping, gardening, telephone, fuel, oil, maintenance, cleaning, painting, vermin extermination, refuse and snow removal and such other services as are required in order to maintain and operate the Property in accordance with the quality standards established by Owner for the operation and rental of the Property. Manager shall also purchase or lease for Owner all supplies and equipment which Manager shall deem necessary to maintain and operate the Property. All discounts obtained by Manager in connection with such purchase or lease of supplies and equipment shall be for the benefit of Owner.
UTILITIES SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT. The Landlord shall furnish without additional cost (except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 15(c)) heat and hot water in accordance with requirements of law and applicable rules and regulations of municipal and state agencies, gas and electricity in normal quantities which may be fixed hereafter by the Landlord (except that the Landlord shall not supply gas and electricity if the Development is one in which residents are charged directly by the provider utility company), and use of a stove and a refrigerator.
UTILITIES SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT. ♦ Cost of heating shall be furnished at the expense of landlord. ♦ Cost of air conditioning shall be furnished at the expense of landlord. ♦ Cost of water and sewer shall be furnished at the expense of landlord. ♦ Cost of electricity shall be furnished at the expense of landlord. ♦ Trash disposal shall be supplied by landlord. ♦ Janitorial services shall be supplied by landlord. ♦ Replacement of fluorescent tubes and lights shall be supplied by landlord. ♦ Snow removal shall be furnished at the expense of landlord.
