Utility Meter. To the extent there are any separate water meters and/or submeters for the Premises, that are not specifically allocated for the leased space to the Tenant for which the Tenant is responsible to pay all such charges, the Seller shall cause a final reading of the meter to be undertaken, as close as possible, to the Closing and shall pay, at the Closing, the charges or escrow with the Title Company for payment, as set forth in the bxxx for such final meter reading. Any interim period between the date of the final reading and the Closing shall be adjusted between the parties. The provisions of this Section shall survive Closing.
