The Borrower shall ensure that all Works contracts contain a provision that, in the event UXO clearance is needed, the services of a reputable and experienced mine security organization, acceptable to ADB, will be engaged to carry out and then certify that the Subproject area is clear of UXO.

UXO Clearance. 23. For any Works supported under the Project, the Borrower shall ensure that NPT does not issue a notice to proceed with such Works, until it has confirmed that the related construction site is free from any UXOs.

UXO Clearance. There is no guidance available on which thresholds should be used to assess disturbance from low-order UXO clearance. Current risk assessments conducted to support UXO Marine Licence Applications that are including deflagration as the preferred method, are assuming an Effective Deterrence Range (EDR) of 5 km (e.g. Sofia offshore wind farm5). As a consequence, due to the absence of formal guidance, this approach has been adopted here for the assessment of disturbance from low-order detonation of UXOs at the Project.

  • Security Clearance 6.7.1 Where specified by the Authority or the Contract user, the Supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that all Staff are security cleared to the level required by the Security Requirements not less than 5 Working Days before such person begins to perform the Services. If the Authority is responsible for applying for security clearance for Staff pursuant to this Clause 6.7.1, the Supplier shall provide a completed security clearance application form for such members of Staff to the Authority not less than 30 days before such members of Staff begin to perform the Services.

  • Security Clearances A. The General Contractor is to supply the Department of Corrections with full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site.   • SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS ‌ The OCO must tailor security requirements (both facility and employee), clauses, provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions specific to each task order’s solicitation and award. In general, all necessary facility and employee security clearances shall be at the expense of the Contractor. The individual task order should specify the terms and conditions for reimbursement, if any, for obtaining security clearances.   • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.

  • Accreditation The School shall be accredited as provided by rule of the state board of education.
