Vacancies and Assignment of Hours. SECTION 11.1 OPEN POSITIONS The Employer’s policy is to seek to promote from within prior to recruitment from outside the agency. In order to ensure that all interested employees are advised of employment opportunities, job announcements for vacant promotional opportunities will be posted on bulletin boards designated by the Employer. In addition, information about all job vacancies will be available to employees by calling the office and on the website of the Employer, if feasible. All regular full and part time vacancies will be posted and filled in accordance with the non-discrimination provisions of this Agreement. Postings will include position requirements, minimum qualifications, substitute and preferred qualifications (if any) and base rate of pay.
