Requests by a teacher to change his/her teaching assignment shall be made in writing, one (1) copy of which shall be filed with the Superintendent and one (1) copy shall be filed with the Association. The application shall be made annually before April 1. If a teacher is denied a transfer for which he/she has applied, the teacher shall be entitled to a conference with the Superintendent, who shall give the reasons for the denial. B.
