Vacancies to be Posted. Except as provided in Article 26: Position Reductions, Lay-off and Reinstatement and clause 15.15, where the College determines that an existing or new position in the bargaining unit is vacant and the vacancy needs to be filled, the College shall post the vacancy at each campus and shall forward such postings to the Union.
