Vacant Bedrooms. Resident acknowledges that the Unit may contain other bedrooms in which other residents may reside. Resident hereby acknowledges that Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, may assign a resident to any vacant bedroom in the Unit before or during the Contract Term, without notice. Landlord shall not be responsible for any conflict between Resident and any other occupants of the Unit, or any guest, licensee or invitee of any other occupant of the Unit, whether or not such resident has been assigned to the Unit by Landlord. If Resident occupies any vacant bedroom within the Unit, Resident shall execute a new contract with respect to such bedroom, and shall pay to Landlord, in addition to the Monthly Installments due hereunder, the monthly installments, additional fees and other charges for such bedroom.

Vacant Bedrooms. Resident acknowledges that the Unit may contain other bedrooms in which other residents may reside. If any bedroom within the Unit is vacant, Landlord shall have the right to place a new resident in such vacant bedroom unless Resident and/or one or more of the other residents of the Unit agrees to pay all costs for such unoccupied bedroom and execute a new contract with respect to such bedroom. If Resident occupies any vacant bedroom within the Unit, Resident shall pay to Landlord, in addition to the Monthly Installments due hereunder, the monthly installments, additional fees and other charges for such bedroom.
Vacant Bedrooms. It is understood that the Unit contains other bedrooms in which other residents may reside. Management has the right, when any Bedroom within the Unit is unoccupied, to place a new resident in the unoccupied bedroom unless Tenant and/or all other residents in the Unit agree to pay Management, as part of their respective Rent, the Rent due for such unoccupied Bedroom. Any bedroom in the Unit not leased by Management is to remain vacant and unused by Tenant and Tenant's Guests. If Management discovers the vacant bedroom is unlocked, all residents in the Unit will be deemed to be using the vacant bedroom, whether or not personal items are found in the vacant bedroom. In such event ALL residents of the Unit will be charged an equal portion of the rent for the vacant bedroom from the Starting Date of their Lease and will continue to incur those charges through the termination date of their Lease.
Vacant Bedrooms. Use of vacant bedrooms within the Unit is strictly prohibited. All residents within the Unit will be equally billed monthly rent and charged for cleaning and repair of any vacant bedrooms used in violation of this provision. It is understood that Resident will be occupying the Unit jointly with other Residents, and Resident shall also be held liable for a pro rata share of any damages to the Unit Common Areas including, but not limited to, its furnishings, fixtures, walls, ceiling, floor, windows, screens and doors unless the party solely responsible for such damages can be reasonable ascertained.
Vacant Bedrooms. Vacant bedrooms are to be locked and unoccupied at all times. If we discover that a vacant bedroom has been broken into and is being occupied or used, you and your roommates will be assessed rental payments from the date of the last inspection to the date of us finding out of the situation. If applicable, you will be liable for all repairs and damages. This action may be referred to the police department as breaking and entering. (This policy applies to the “rent-by-bed” lease structure. In “rent-by-unit” communities, residents have full access to their apartment and extra bedrooms can be used at your discretion).
