Vacant Management. Xxxxxx Xxxxx will undertake management of the Property before the Tenancy commences or during void periods if instructed by the Landlord in writing and subject to a fee as set out in Our Schedule of Fees and Charges. We must be put into funds in advance to meet any expenditure on behalf of the Landlord. Details of the service can be provided upon request.
Vacant Management. If your property is vacant for any period of time neither Green Door nor Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx have responsibility for your property.
