Common use of Vacation accrued Clause in Contracts

Vacation accrued. Unit members shall accrue annual vacation at the regular rate of pay earned at the time the vacation is commencing according to the rules and regulations as set forth in this article. The scheduling of such vacation shall be within the sole discretion of District management.
