Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.
Agreement to Purchase The Mortgage Loan Seller agrees to sell, assign, transfer, set over and otherwise convey to the Purchaser, without recourse, representation or warranty, other than as set forth herein, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Mortgage Loan Seller, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Mortgage Loans. The purchase and sale of the Mortgage Loans shall take place on August 12, 2015 or such other date as shall be mutually acceptable to the parties hereto (the “Closing Date”). As of the Cut-off Date, the Mortgage Loans will have an aggregate principal balance, after application of all payments of principal due on the Mortgage Loans, if any, on or before such date, whether or not received, of $191,491,726, subject to a variance of plus or minus 5%. The purchase price for the Mortgage Loans shall be an amount set forth on the cross receipt between the Mortgage Loan Seller and the Purchaser dated the Closing Date (which price reflects no deduction for any transaction expenses for which the Mortgage Loan Seller is responsible). The Purchaser shall pay such purchase price to the Mortgage Loan Seller on the Closing Date by wire transfer in immediately available funds or by such other method as shall be mutually acceptable to the parties hereto.
Revenue Sharing Agreement This Note is subject to the Company’s Revenue Sharing Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B as if all the terms of the Revenue Sharing Agreement were set forth in this Note.
Full Agreement The Contract Documents supersede all prior negotiations, discussion, statements, and agreements between Owner and Contractor and constitute the full, complete, and entire agreement between Owner and Contractor. There can be no changes to this Contract by oral means, nor by course of conduct of the parties, nor by custom of the trade. No changes to this Contract will be binding on either party hereto unless such change is properly authorized, in writing, in accordance with Section 3, Part 2 of the General Conditions.

AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT DATE September, 2020 The employment contract between School District 271, Kootenai County, State of Idaho, and XXX XXXXX for the 2020/2021 school year is hereby amended as follows: The salary to be paid this certificated employee will be changed to $61300 placement: MA plus 63 credits on year 11.5 working 1 FTE (190). This amendment to the contract only changes the placement and salary amount. Other items listed in the original contract remain the same.
Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the attached Student Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. I accept full responsibility for my child should they use remote connections when available to the Charter School network in a non- school setting. I hereby give my permission to issue an account for my child to use the Charter School network and Internet. I release the Charter School, its affiliates and its employees from any claims or damages of any nature arising from my child or dependent’s access and use of the Charter School network. I also agree not to hold the Charter School responsible for materials improperly acquired on the system, or for violations of copyright restrictions, user’s mistakes or negligence, or any costs incurred by users. Reaching Agreement When agreement is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed Agreement shall be reduced in writing as a memorandum of understanding and signed by a representative of each negotiating team. Agreement on individual items during the negotiations is binding only when all items are agreed upon. Procedures for ratification of the Agreement by the Association and the Board shall be completed within ten (10) school days after the conclusion of negotiations.
