PTO Accruals. The PTO accrual cap in the Personnel Rules will be enforced. Under no circumstances can Employee accrue more than the accrual PTO cap at any point in time. Once Employee reaches the accrual cap, no additional PTO will accrue until Employee uses his or her accrued PTO and reduces the balance to less than the accrual cap. Thereafter, PTO benefits will continue to accrue on a prospective basis only until Employee reaches the cap. No retroactive credit will be given for the time when accrued PTO was at the cap.
PTO Accruals. Bargaining unit employees shall accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits in accordance with the following schedule for each biweekly payroll period for which they have at least 80 hours of credited service (including hours actually worked, paid holidays, approved Paid Time Off, and other approved paid leaves of absence under this Agreement), subject to the maximum accumulation of accrued PTO at any time.   • Sick Leave Accrual Full-time employees will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave in a calendar month. Part- time employees will accrue sick leave credit on the same proportional basis that their employment schedule bears to a full-time schedule, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours in a calendar month.

  • Deferred Earnings The manner in which the deferred salary is held shall be at the discretion of the Hospital. The employee will be made aware, in advance of having to sign any formal agreement, of the manner of holding such deferred salary. Interest which is accumulated during each year of the deferral period shall be paid out to the employee in accordance with Part LXVIII of the Income Tax Regulations, Section 6801.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period.
