Vacation and/or Sick Leave Enhancement. 1) Full-time employees who enroll in this portion of the program will forfeit a total of 5 days of Vacation and/ Sick leave standing to their credit at the time of enrollment in return for a credit of $900.00 to be applied toward the employee share of premiums deducted from their biweekly paychecks during the calendar year.
