VACATION AND OTHER LEAVE TIME. The Employee shall be entitled during each year of the Term to three weeks of vacation time without reduction in pay (which vacation time shall be pro-rated for any partial year that the Employee is employed during the Term). The Employee shall be entitled to time off for sick and personal leave and all legal holidays without reduction in pay, in accordance with policies established by the Company.
