VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT. CPT5.01 Casual part-time employees will receive four percent (4%) of gross pay added to the employee's regular pay in lieu of vacation leave with pay. CPT5.02Four percent (4%) of gross pay, not including vacation pay, shall be added to the employee's regular pay to compensate for the holidays defined in Article 14.01 of the Memorandum of Understanding. When the employee is required to work on any of these holidays, the employee shall be paid at one and one half (1-1/2) times the basic hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to the four percent (4%).
