Common use of Vacation Day Clause in Contracts

Vacation Day. ‌ 5-18.01. A vacation Day when included in a Monthly Schedule Period shall reduce the number of Days which a Pilot is obligated to perform Duty on a 1:1 basis and shall contribute to the monthly blocking hours for the Monthly Scheduling Period.

A vacation Vacation Day when included in a Monthly Schedule Period shall reduce the number of Days days which a Pilot is obligated to perform Duty duty on a 1:1 basis and shall contribute to the monthly blocking hours Monthly Blocking Hours for the Monthly Scheduling Period.
