Vacation Entitlement above. When a general holiday occurs during an employee's vacation, an extra day's vacation shall be granted if the holiday is one which the employee would have received had such employee been working. If granting an extra day's vacation will hamper operations or interfere with the arrangement of vacation schedules, an extra day's pay may be given in lieu of an extra day's vacation.
