Vacation Request. (a) Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, vacation leave entitlement shall be used during the year in which it is earned. (b) The employee shall advise the Employer in writing of her vacation preference before February 1 of each year and the Employer will endeavor to approve these requests by March 15 of each year.
