Vacation Sell Back. An EMPLOYEE may sell back up to two weeks (80 hours) of vacation annually, after 15 years of service with City, so long as the EMPLOYEE has an accrued vacation balance of at least one week (40 hours) remaining following the sale. To request vacation sell- back, the EMPLOYEE shall submit a written request to the City Manager.
