Vacation Sell Back. All represented employees, may sell back to the employer up to forty (40) hours of vacation a year provided the following: 1. Employee must have taken forty (40) hours of vacation within the current calendar year and have a minimum of eighty (80) hours of vacation balance remaining after the sale; 2. Employee must submit the appropriate form in November of each year to his/her manager for approval; 3. Requests must be submitted to the Accounting Department no later than November 30th of the year. Payment will be issued no later than December 31st.
