Common use of Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays. Xxxxxx shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation, with such vacation to be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies. Two (2) weeks of unused, accrued vacation can be carried into the next year. Remaining unused, accrued vacation time will be paid during the first quarter of the following year. In addition, Xxxxxx shall be entitled to such sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company's policies established and in effect from time to time.
