Vacation Use. No employee will have a vacation balance greater than 280 hours. This 280 hour cap will be enforced twice per year: for the January pay warrant and the July pay warrant. Vacation may not be taken prior to its accrual. Requests for vacation from employees who work 260 days per year will not be unreasonably denied. Disputes under this section may be taken to the Association President for resolution at Labor Management.
