VACATION & VACATION PAY. 11.01 All Employees or DSP will be entitled to receive an amount equal to six percent (6%) of their base wage rate for all scheduled hours worked in vacation pay. 11.02 Vacation Pay will be paid to Employees or DSP on each paycheque. 11.03 The Employer will consider vacations at the times requested considering business requirements.
