VACATION & VACATION PAY. 11.01 Employees shall be entitled to an amount equal to four per cent (4%) of the total wages of the employee. Where the employee has completed five (5) continuous years of employment, an employee shall be entitled to an additional two per cent (2%) of the total wages of the employee.
