Common use of Vacations, Holidays and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Vacations, Holidays and Expenses. For the duration of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive will be provided such holidays, sick leave and vacation as Employer makes available to its management level employees generally. Employer will reimburse Executive in accordance with company policies and procedures for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of duties hereunder against appropriate receipts and vouchers indicating the specific business purpose for each such expenditure.
