Common use of Vacations, Holidays and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Vacations, Holidays and Expenses. For the duration of Employee’s employment hereunder, Employee will be provided four weeks of paid vacation. Employer will reimburse Employee in accordance with company policies and procedures for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of duties hereunder against appropriate receipts and vouchers indicating the specific business purpose for each such expenditure.

Vacations, Holidays and Expenses. For the duration of Employee’s employment hereunder, Employee will be provided accrue up to four weeks of paid vacationvacation each calendar year, which may be used in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time. Employer will reimburse Employee in accordance with company policies and procedures for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of duties hereunder against appropriate receipts and vouchers indicating the specific business purpose for each such expenditure.
